Organic Gardening Workshop

Educating people to grow their own food using natural techniques.

Forest Walk

Forest bathing, has been a popular topic among scientific communities in recent years, but the practice has existed in Japan since the 1980s. The practice was developed as a therapeutic technique of immersing oneself in nature. Spending time around trees and looking at trees reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and improves mood.

Introduction to Medicinal Plants

Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine. It aims to preserve health and wellness by keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance and preventing disease rather than treating it.

We will have workshop to educate the community on how different vegetables, herbs can be used for healthy recipes.

Yoga in the Forest

A component of the eco-yoga experience, walking meditation helps you tune into a zen-like state while physically moving to a serene spot where you’ll flow through yoga poses.

Farm tour will be provided on week-ends to educate people on the farm operations and the trees.
